With a strong desire and hunger to succeed in life, Ivan joined the financial services industry at the age of 24 upon graduating from NUS Business School with a Merit degree in 2002. The ability to make a difference in someone's life while at the same time being captain of his own is the impetus that kept Ivan going until today.

His hard work, determination and diligence has paid off earning him a long list of awards from 2nd runner up - GE New Life Planner (2002), to numerous company and industry awards such as the coveted MDRT award, IDA awards and FMSA awards and the GE EntrePlaner (2012, 2015–2017, 2020) award that recognises the Top 1% achievers in GE.

Today, Ivan is an Senior Director, leading and caring for a dynamic team of managers and associates in attaining their career excellence. A firm believer of continuous upgrading, Ivan attained CFP in 2006 and inculcates the same attitude of professionalism among his associates, garnering for themselves numerous company awards and industry recognitions.
